We will review the elevator company's proposals for repairs and upgrades. A determination letter will be provided showing code requirement and recommended pricing

Consulting assistance with upgrading building related items required during a modernization or upgrade.

Onsite Services:

Preliminary Evaluations

Survey the referenced elevators to provide an Elevator Modernization or Maintenenace. Issue a comprehensive report with our survey results, recommendations, and propsed timeline. Provide telephone / email consultation subsequent to issuance of the report. Provide an estimated budget/order of magnitude.

Project Management

Conduct or attend job site visits or meetings during a construction or modernization project to evaluate work in progress by the contractor. Upon Completion of the work, conduct a thorough examination to compile a deficiency punch list for corrective action by the contractor. Compare work performed with specification compliance.

Job Surveys

A Qualified Elevator Expert will survey the proposed work to determine if the repair or upgrade is required.

QEI Inspections

Perform QEI inspection required by local AHJ and provide inspection results and compliance documents to owner.

Due Diligence Reports

Prior to purchasing a building with vertical transportation. Our firm will survey the equipment to determine current status and provide out recommendations with respect to code compliance and safety.
